Job Summary:
Summary of responsibilities
Reporting to the Director of Food and Beverage
Expectations
- Providing professional, friendly, outgoing and exceptional service to all guests
- Work in a team atmosphere to accomplish the goals set forth by the organization.
- Regular communication with staff in all departments to ensure proper preparation for all guests.
- Communicating with all guests to ensure that they are made aware of all pertinent information during their visit
- Aid and training to all front of house staff
- Work closely with back of house staff and managers daily
Duties & Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness of all outside areas surrounding the club house
- Working with the events coordinator to ensure proper execution of all events (set up, tear down etc)
- Recruit staff and oversee training
- Set up weekly schedules and monitor staff performance
- Control inventory, monitor revenues and modify procedures and prices when needed
- Build relationships with venders and local suppliers
- Assist with themed nights/ banquets and other restaurant functions
Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years’ experience
- Must have Service It Right & Food Safe Certifications
- Ability to work shifts of 6-8 hours – days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Knowledge in cocktails and wine an asset.
- Golf knowledge is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Must be able to lift and maneuver objects that weigh upwards of 25lbs.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $22.00-$30.68 per hour
